Will there be general desktops with Ryzen 5000 CPU's?

I see that the new CPU's are targeted for gamer machines. I'm not a gamer and would like to use them for video editing. Will there be traditional PC manufacturers like HP that will release reasonably priced desktops with the new CPU's? Thanks!

you can go to Newegg.com and type in amd 5000 combo and there are different combos you can put together that will be cheaper than a gaming rig although you will have to buy a graphics card because these chipsets do not have integrated graphics. I have installed $50 graphics card in a system just to test it after I build it.
