Hello, im really annoyed for ppl who use AMD free technology: FSR 3.0 to create mods with this technology and get money from people for "they" mods, but its stolen money, for its not they own technology, its AMD technology, and i think AMD must do something with this, for is a cancer, all this mods is hidden on paywall, must pay for them to use it, now they include authentication for use this. Please AMD, do something with this for is a cancer for gamers and normal users, to play they favorite games with better FPS, but cannot do that without your technology, stolen by modders.

It's an open source technology under MIT, which means you can do whatever you want with it. You can fork it and release it under a different name if you want. There is nothing illegal going on here. You're just angry, that's it.
