I find some cloud service of NVIDIA gpgpu in any platform like google or amazon, I find cloud service of Intel OneAPI in Intel Developer Cloud, But I could find any cloud service of MI250/MI100 in any platform. Do you have plan of building it ?

Clicking "The Computational Science Revolution Starts Here" led to  "The AMD Instinct™ Education & Research (AIER) Initiative".

Apparently AIER is only for an "institution or organization ... [that] qualify as an academic university (or institution), a non-profit research organization, or government laboratory".
