I have restard my PC，and I also closed CSM,Open the Re-Size BAR Support in BIOS,and use DDU to uninstall the device.But it still don't work.
Motherbord:AsRock Taichi X570
CPU:5700x3D
GPU:RX6800(without XT)
memory:G.Skill Trident Z 8G 3200Mhz*4 with JJR die
