MSRP is for the home country only, does not include any import fees, duties, or taxes, and, most of all, does not mean anything whatsoever. Retailers can choose to price products at whatever they want.
Also to add MSRP (Manufacturer's SUGGESTED Retail Price) is just that. A starting point at which a Retailer can determine how much to sell their products above or below the MSRP price. Most Retailers normally price their product below the MSRP price as an incentive to buyers to purchase. As an example, by advertising, Hey, I am selling this product for $100.00 below MSRP price.
As mentioned, a Retailer can sell their product at whatever price they want so that they are able to make a reasonable/unreasonable profit.
