Hi, When the frame rate exceeds the refresh rate, the monitor will not be able to display frames correctly. This can lead to issues such as screen tearing. Using a FreeSync monitor and enabling this feature eliminates screen tearing, stuttering, and juddering by synchronizing the monitor's refresh rate with the frame-rate from the GPU.
The purpose of VSync is to adjust frame rates, while FreeSync provides dynamic refresh rates to synchronize the frame rate of a monitor with a Radeon graphics card.
