What graphics card I have

I'm trying to update my amd r7 but whenever I try looking it up on an app it only ever says AMD Radeon(TM) R7 graphics. Could someone help? The GPU name is spectre. the subvendor is Lenovo and the device ID is 1002-130F-17AA 36A0. Link

the manufacturer that makes Spectre laptops is HP and not Lenovo.

Download and run SPECCY or CPU-Z to determine which AMD APU Processor you have. Then I can find the appropriate AMD Driver for your Processor with R7 Integrated Graphics.

NOTE: if you can post your laptop's Serial Number or Product number will be helpful also.
