Useless survey answer choices

I just answered a "survey" about the areas Radeon Software should concentate on.

All the choices were irrelevant/useless, but there wasn't a "none of the above" option, or the ability to leave all options unchecked.

I foolishly chose the first one on the list, assuming there'd be more multiple choice questions, and in the end I'd get to write ideas for alternate directions I wished they took instead (and inform them of the stupidity of the 1st question). Turns out that one question was all there was!

I seriously doubt that a single question can give reliable information (without the usual verification surveys do by gauging attitudes from multiple directions and making additional ones that probe deeper). It seems to me like a PR move; with driver problems AMD wants to make it seem like they're "listening", all the while not inconveniencing customers with too many questions. And the results will probably be discarded, anyways.

May I ask what Survey you are talking about?

What company was giving the Survey and how did you come upon that particular Survey?

Reason why I am asking it could be a Non-AMD company giving that Survey which may not be an official AMD Survey by AMD.

May be a non-AMD company... if AMD is in the business of having Radeon Settings open survey windows for other companies.

It popped up in Radeon Settings when I launched it. First prompted me whether I'd be willing to participate in a survey, then gave me that one question.

Strange you are the first User that I am aware of that mentions a Survey popping up while launching Radeon Settings. Maybe it is something new. Maybe another User can verify what you experienced.

I personally was thinking of some sort of Adware or Malware infection causing the pop-up Survey to occur.  Some Adware or Malware produces a Pop up window and when you click on it it downloads and infects your computer or asks you to input personal data.

Just to be on the safe side I would run Malwarebytes and your Anti-Virus program to scan & check for malware if other Users replies that they haven't experience any Pop-up Survey when launching Radeon Settings.

Maybe the OP is talking about the error reporting page which is linked to in Radeon Settings. The address in the web address says surveys. AMD Issue Reporting Form
