Unreal Engine 5.1 world normal map truncation on RX 7900 XT

Hi all!

Just moved to RX 7900 XT recently because of good amount of VRAM on this card but faced with undesirable effect into Unreal Engine. UE start glitches with very shiny points when mesh have quite high values for normal maps. And small investigation leads that problem is within world normal map calculations.

Radeon has strange behavior when values for shader too high and it just truncated by zeroes or black. Instead of Nvidia card didn't truncate values but "filling" it with default values for each normal map direction.

It all same for Unreal Engine 5.1 and 5.1.1 but in last version I didn't get shiny glitches but black values are stays on the same places. Tested on Adrenaline driver 23.2.1 and 23.2.2.

You can se my specs below and guys please lead this stuff to developers or even move (copy) this post to appropriate thread.
