Hello I am a new AMD divice user.
My PC is consists of the following parts:
CPU: AMD ryzen7 7700
memory : G.skill trident Z5 NEO RGB series (AMD EXPO) 32GBx2 DDR5-6000 CL32-38-38-96 1.40V
motherboard : TUF gamming X670E-PLUS
I amd using the iGPU for graphics.
Problem:
I was asked to reinstall amd adrenaline software because there is confliction of graphics driver due to windows driver update.
Then I uninstalled amd adrenaline software (and also the GPU driver when asked). After that the display turned balck and cursor cannot move (perhaps not OS crashing but the display functionality). I tried to restart the computer and I am able to enter BIOS. No problem with Q-LED, and finally I was able to reach to the login page of Windows11. However, in no more than 5 seconds, the display turned black and cursor got fixed again.
Is there any way to fix this problem?
