Unable to use more than 4 cards mining - 4G Enabled

I honestly don't know where to turn at this point so maybe someone here can help me.  I have a mining rig I built but have never been able to use more than 4 GPU's at a time on it.  I figured it had to be my hardware, so I ordered a pre-made rig and have the same issue.  The cards are RX 580's x 7 and a Vega 64.  The bios on both boards have 4G enabled on them.  I don't run into this issue with Nividia cards, only the AMD's.  Windows will start slowly after a 5th is installed, but I can't get mining software to run nor can I get the AMD software to open.  Any help would be welcome.

This might not be the best place for your mining question.

I would go to Mining Websites Forums that uses your mining software to get better answers. Most likely, a miner like yourself, will be able to guide you on how to set up your PC so that it will work with all the GPUs you have installed or help you troubleshoot your issue.

But maybe someone with mining experience here can help you out.

Which Mining software and version are your using?

How are all of your GPUs connected to the motherboard? Using Risers or directly on the Motherboard?

Which AMD Driver are you using and version?

Some Users here are a little sensitive to Miners since they are one of the major reasons there is such a large shortage of GPUs in the market.
