I need help in being able to set a temp limit on my MSI Gaming X 5700 XT but the slide is greyed out and doesn't allow me to set one... What procedures could i try?

I suggest you contact the app developer for support on this issue.

Maybe if you try to set up a profile like one the right. My intention is that in the current standart profile the option isnt available. 

If that doesnt work, search through the options, maybe there is a option not set up, to allow you that.
