Hello. Help please if you know something about this. I've put together a new system with RX 6700. Specs: Motherboard X570, CPU RYZEN 5900, GPU RX 6700, 850W power supply. The problem is that the system boots only without the GPU. As soon as the GPU is added the system is "dead in the water". Without the GPU I get VGA LED problem on the motherboard obviously. What can be done? Is the GPU faulty?

Re-flashed BIOS and reconnected cables. It turns out, I used wrong cable to connect GPU. Cheap plastic cable [CPU] was able to slip into female connector instead of PCIe one.
