The Trenz Electronics S7-Mini or TE0890 FPGA module is shown (on both the Trenz and AMD web sites) as having a Spartan 7 XC7S25-1FTGB196C FPGA fitted. I have not been able to find this part number in the Spartan 7 family data sheets. Can anyone help please?
