Something Wrong with "Add to Cart" Button in AMD Store

I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with the "Add to Cart" Button in the AMD Store.  Over the last week or so, I've been trying to add items to my cart.  When I hit that button, instead of being presented with the "I'm a Human" captcha, all I got was a short "spinner" animation and then it went away.

This started with my regular Brave profile.  After going through my settings and extensions, it still continued to happen.  I tried another, existing Brave profile and it also failed.  Then I tried clearing cookies/history and it still failed.  Then, a new, clean, default profile.  That worked for a while, then it stopped.  I tried it with Edge and it worked.  Chrome didn't.  Then I tried another machine.  Some browsers worked, others didn't.

Last night, after the AtC button refused to work in any browsers, I dug through the logs on my router (pfSense) and could find nothing bad at all.  Then I tried it again and it worked.  I went to bed and tried it when I got up and it failed to work.

It's been working/failing off and on all day today.  An hour or so ago, I tried it and it failed.  I just tried it again and it worked.  This time, after getting through the Captcha, instead of adding to my cart, nothing happened.  I hit the AtC button again and the item immediately appeared in the cart.

I don't really know where the problem lies.  But, since the behavior isn't consistent in any form on any of my browsers or machines, I'm assuming it's on AMD's end.

Just thought I'd report it.

For instance, this morning, I couldn't add to my cart in my primary browser.  This evening, it works fine.

And this morning (just now) it doesn't work again.

And, this evening (again, just now), it's working again.  I'll stop this now.  If anyone at AMD cared, they'd get the point.

I know I said I would stop talking here.  But, I just popped into the AMD Store and the 6900 XT is in stock (I don't want a 6900 XT (I want the 6800 XT).  I hit the Add to Cart button in my default browser (Brave) and nothing.  I checked in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.  Nothing.  So, if I wanted that card, AMD would have just lost out on $1,000.
