I'm trying to figure out how I can take a screen recording of my 2nd screen when I am playing games. When I press the hotkeys during game to take a recording the recording is of my other screen and not of the screen I am playing on. Any suggestions on how to change this. TIA!

You might try changing which monitor is your main display.
