Hello, I own an ASUS TUF Gaming A16 with the following specifications:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7700S (dedicated) and integrated graphics on the processor (low-power APU)
- RAM: 16 GB
- Operating System: Windows 11
The issue occurs when I’m playing a game and press Alt + Tab to switch to a browser window (I use Brave or Google Chrome). At that moment, the screen completely freezes and becomes unresponsive for several seconds. Sometimes, I need to perform a forced restart because the system doesn’t recover.
I haven’t tried any specific solutions yet, and I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue or has a definitive fix. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
