Thanks in advance for taking Your time into reading my issue, perhaps some more experienced one of you had dealt with something similiar.
Recently i've decided to get into AMD ecosystem with ryzen 5 7600X + RX6700 XT, paired with Kingston KF564C32RSAK2-32 ram modules, xmp rated, all build on Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX B650 mobo
Everything worked pretty smooth after assembly, system booted into bios with expo enabled with no issues consistently, so i've proceeded to gpu installation and windows 11 install. And this is where fun begins, as shown on photo below. At first it was all good, untill system decided to shut down once. Honestly, i have no idea what's going on since then. System either doesn't boot at all, boots with this artsy colorfull bios screen (this stripes stay on screen untill windows boots, if it does). Switching to igpu with expo enabled provides identical results. With expo enabled, gpu plugged in system shuts down before it fully loads in. With gpu unplugged, shuts down after one minute in cinnebench r24 multi-core stress test. Only tweak in bios i've done is enabling expo (all 3 profiles tested, similiar results with different crash times, same boot inconsistency)
Multiple bios resets to default settings performed. Usually went back to work fine with expo disabled. I haven't updated bios yet.

System drive: Samsung 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe 980 PRO
