I have a thinkpad e14 running amd ryzen 4700u and I tried to connect the monitor using a display port cable but was only able to run 144hz windows does not show me higher refresh rates.I want to clarify that I updated all the drivers and am using a cable and a docking station that support display port 1.2 which is also supported by the laptop. any help would be great.
