My setup:

CPU- Ryzen 7 7700

Motherboard- Gigabyte B650M D3HP AX
GPU- Gigabyte Eagle OC Nvidia RTX 4060Ti

RAM- DDR5 A-DATA XPG 6000 Mh/z

Here is the problem. When i open the Ryzen Master App it show's me this-

I'm already tried all methods from other sources.
I think that problem is in my motherboard. Is there any real opportunity to fix that?

I've already tried all the methods you provided. But none of them helped solve the problem. I've already written to GIGABYTE support but they haven't responded yet. I hope the problem will be solved because in theory the motherboard should support OC. And thanks again for ur answer.

On your board model, the ability to manually configure the processor in the BIOS is not available. Based on the positioning of the B650M D3HP AX (1.0) model as an entry-level solution, it does not have the option of changing the processor multiplier at the hardware level.
