Hey everyone,
I have an Issue with my Ryzen 9 7950X3D, that crashes when Idling / doing low load tasks like browsing etc. I've done nothing but troubleshooting for the last couple of days until I've finally figured out that its the CPU that has issues and now I'm wondering what I should do. Note: this happens at BIOS Default settings so NO OC at all.
The crashes didn't stop, until I've gone to Bios and changed the Curve Optimizer from Auto to +10. I've gone from -20 (instant Crash) to -10 (crash after 1-2 minutes) to 0 (crashing seemingly random), then +5 (was stable for a couple of hours) and now since then +10 (hasnt crashed since). I'm happy that its stable (for now), however, this shouldnt be right, no?
Do I run at any risks, if I leave the Curve Optimizer on +10 for a longer while? Is this just a symptom I'm fighting and the real issue lies elsewhere? Appreciate any advice, thanks!
