Ryzen 7 5800X system crash in games

Hello, a while ago I've built a PC with Ryz4en 7 5800X and RTX 3080, but at heavier loads like games and benchmarks it kept crashing, sometimes with BSOD after like 15 minutes (but Cinebench ran just fine). The event viewer was showing WHEA Logger events 46 and 18 (not at the same time, it was one or the other I reinstalled drivers, updated the BIOS, run check disk, no result. I sent it to a repair show, but they could't figure it out either. I replaced the PSU with a more powerful one (850 instead of 750 watts), disabled DOCP and ReBar in the BIOS and I was able to run Furmark for 30 minutes and Cyberpunk for 2 hours with no problems, so I thought the issue was solved, but then it happened again in FIFA 23. It didn't happen again until today, a few days later. Latest minidump file in WinDBG shows this:

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error condition. Try !errrec Address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure to get more details.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: ffffb50434434028, Address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 00000000bc000800, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000001010135, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

Is it a chipset driver issue? Or is the CPU or the motherboard faulty? How can I be sure?
