I have 4x8 (32GB) Kingston HyperX FURY DDR4 (HX432C16FB3A/8), on a ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING motherboard (WI-FI) Bios updated version 2423 and Ryzen 7 5800X. I have the following problem

I choose Profile 1 at 3200 Mhz, save the changes and boot. I enter Windows 10 I run photo editing and design programs, in addition to games like Gear 5, Halo MCE, BF 1, V, The Division 2, AC Origins, MSFS 2020 and other games from the Steam platform and it works wonderfully none BSOD. I close Windows, I turn off the PC and later I turn the PC on, the yellow led light remains on and does not boot. I did the test of pressing the reset button, it boots and checks all the motherboard LEDs and enters Windows 10 as described above, it works wonderfully, no BSOD. I close Windows 10, restart the PC and enter the BIOS, change to Profile 2 at 3000 Mhz, save the changes and boot the PC, check the LEDs correctly and boot normally. I enter Windows 10 I run programs as described above and no BSOD works wonderfully. I close Windows, turn off the PC and later turn it on, it boots normally, check all the LEDs and enter Windows 10, always with Profile 2 at 3000 Mhz. The problem is that Profile 1 at 3200 Mhz does not save the changes once I turn off the PC and turn it on again, or it is a memory or motherboard compatibility problem.

According to Asus Support QVL LIST for your motherboard for the 5000 series processor this is the only set of 4x8 GB RAM Memory for HyperX Memory : https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-f-gaming-wi-fi-model/helpdesk_qvl_memo...

Here are all the compatible RAM Memory for your Motherboard according to Kingston Memory Finder: https://www.kingston.com/unitedstates/us/memory/search?model=101285&devicetype=7&mfr=ASU&line=ROG

Most likely the current RAM MEMORY you have isn't 100% compatible with your Processor and Motherboard and will only work at 3000Mhz instead of 3200Mhz.

Try manually changing the RAM Speed (3200Mhz) and FCLK (1600Mhz) in BIOS and see if it works or not after resetting BIOS back to defaults again.

NOTE: Your RAM isn't listed in either Kingston QVL List or Asus QVL List for your motherboard for the 5000 series processors.
