Ryzen 7 5800 xt high voltage and high temperatures

hello everybody i juat bought a mother MSI B550M HDV PRO and Ruzen 7 5800 xt. Today i made the installation, and i saw a lot of problems. Starting the Cpu comes with a stock colore RGB and i put more Thermal past and i looked that cpu was supporting by cooler fan. The problema arribes when i turn on the pc. It booted at BIOS and i looked that the pc in rest mode has been reciving 1.4 v and temperatures are upside since 60ºc. I waa investigating and say that is normal but im worried about that. For other way my mother when i connect the ethernet doesn’t detect it. Dont turn on any light.

To conclude the problems are:
1. High Voltage and temperature in CPU in rest mode (in BIOS)
2. Mother Msi doesn’t detect ethernet
I have no idea about overclock

It is actually, sometimes, normal to have high temperatures while on BIOS.

I do get higher temps on BIOS than idling on Windows. Also, 1.4v a the vCore is well within safe range. Stock CPU's can get up to 1.47v during boosting.

Check your values inside windows using a sensor suite like Ryzen Master, Hwinfo or from your board vendor.

As for ethernet, you may be missing out the correct chipset drivers.

Good Luck
