Could you help me please?

I'm getting these artifacts on screen in the Football Manager 2024 game.

I had an Intel Core i5 12° on my old notebook, playing the same game and I didn't get these artifacts.

Current Adrenalin driver: 24.3.1

Tests I've already performed:
- Various options within Adrenalin
- Tried other driver versions
- Factory reset
- Formatting the notebook

Configs:

8GB RAM

256GB SSD M.2 NVMe Gen3

That's why I'm register here, compared with Nvidia rtx  this is doing lots of artifacts , i had to disable GPU scaling, virtual super resolution because lots of artifacts and white horizontal flashing lines...
