What is the max amount of ram your Pc can use? Please check. Also, are they the same form factor? I'm assuming they are.

Asus ZenBook UX407IQ, Ryzen 5 4500u with Radeon graphics, Nvidia mx350, 8gb LPDDR4X ram, Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500gb SSD, Win11 home

Normally without XMP/DOCP the 4 sticks should boot. With XMP/DOCP thats a different story and you should not mix memory kits even if they look similar.

Try using just 3 sticks and see if it boots and cycle through them to spot if any is faulty.

If no luck, try just one stick in each slot to check for slot damage.

Do all this with XMP/DOCP disabled.

Good Luck

First let windows update (do not touch it, unitl it automatically updates to the newest version).
When it is finnished updating start installing your drivers from vendor websites (not the ASUS ones).
And do not install AURA or AI suite.
