The AMD 7000 series processors are designed to boost frequency and voltage under load at temperatures up to 95°C - your CPU is operating perfectly normal gaming at 80-85°C.

Ryzen R7 5700X | B550 Gaming X | 2x16GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 7900XT
Ryzen R7 5700G | B550 Gaming X | 2x8GB G.Skill 4000 | Radeon Vega 8 IGP
Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT

According to Newegg Advertisement the Deepcool AK400 Zero Dark Plus has a TDP rating of 220 Watts.

Your R5 7600 APU has a TDP rating of 65 Watts with a Maximum Operating Temperature of 95c.

So basically your Deepcool CPU Air cooler is doing its job of preventing your AMD Processor from overheating when temperature reaches or goes above 95c.

But I would think the temperatures should be a little bit lower than 85c for your CPU Cooler. I would make sure that it is correctly installed and you used good quality Thermal paste and the cooler is evenly and tightly and making good contact with the surface of the processor.

Also make sure that the CPU Cooler's air flow is not obstructed or sucking in hot air from your GPU exhaust fans.

Make sure you have good Air flow inside your PC. You can find this out by removing the PC Side panel. If the Processor's temps are slightly lower with it off indicates poor air circulation inside your PC case.

Also your Room temperature has a lot to do with your processor's temps. A hot room will cause your processor to run hotter than normal.

But as long as your processor's temps doesn't go above 95c you have nothing to worry about. The processor was engineered to run normally with temperatures up to 95c for long periods of time without damage.

It is just better to run you processor as cool as possible.

Hi, I can't believe it. I overclocked my 7600 in AMD Ryzen Master and I got 5.2Ghz on all cores, 58 degrees Celsius and 75W (Cinebench 2024). It's true? I can't believe it Great job AMD
