Ryzen 5 5500H

I have purchased new Lenovo Gaming 3 laptop of Ryzen 5 5500H. They are claiming that it is Hexa Core processor laptop. But in AMD Official Website I found that it is Quad core processor. Which one is right. I want to clear on this issue if anyone know please reply.

Seems like your specific laptop model comes with several AMD APUs from the chart above. You might have been reading about the 5600H model and not the 5500H model.
