Ryzen 3 3200 with ASRock a320m constantly resets

My processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz

Mobo: ASRock a320m-HDV R4.0

SO: Windows 10 Pro version 20H2

RAM: Lexar DDR4-2666 8GB (two cards)

My pc resets constantly, sometimes it shows the bluescreen (and its not the same error code everytime). I've already tried reinstalling the SO and drivers, and exchanged the psu for a new one.

While the tests searching for some defective hardware, I've noticed that the problem only occurs when the two RAM cards are placed at same time! When I put only one RAM card, I have no problem (I tried each card in each socket).
And I run Memtest86 with the two RAM cards and with each one, no problems.

By your troubleshooting explanations of your RAM sounds like incompatible RAM MEMORY.

Is your RAM listed on ASRock's QVL List for Matisse Processors or on the RAM Manufacturer's website as being compatible with your motherboard and Ryzen CPU?

So either you have incompatible RAM, defective CPU, or defective DIMM Slots on your motherboard. I would first rule out incompatible RAM Memory.

MEMTEST86 only shows whether your RAM Memory is Physically defective but not if it is incompatible with your motherboard and processor.

Went to Lexar RAM website and under RAM Compatibility for the ASRock A320M-HDV it only shows one RAM module to be compatible: https://www.lexar.com/support/compatibility/

Plus under ASRock QVL List for Pinnacle Processors ( No Matisse QVL List) LEXAR isn't even mentioned:https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/a320m-hdv%20r4.0/index.asp#MemoryPR
