Hello everyone, I had a rx 6750 and upgraded cards to the 7900 20gb...
for the last 2 years I have been recording in standalone mode with 2 Elgato 4k60s+ in 1080 and 4k with no issues.
Now while I record I am finding after the filesize hits around 8gb+ the audio sync starts to drift out. No dropped frames and its capped at 59.94 fps due to it being a passthrough. I have done 90 gb files and had no issues and over the last month I am having endless problems. Purchased new memory cards and hdmi cables ( short ) to make sure nothing is wrong but I also re installed windows.
Being a standalone device. What you see and hear is what you get on the memory card.
Unfortunately this is no longer the case and It is driving me nuts as half way through editing the sync is gone like you would get if you were doing an obs capture and would have to set the 200ms delay.. this is more like 600ms it goes out from.
Any ideas or anyone have the same issue and solved it would be fantastic if they could throw me an answer as atm I am having to use fat32 format on a 128gb card recording in 4gb chunks to get the stability I need
