Rx 7600 FPS drop in League of Legends

Every animation, kill, killing spree, farming, etc. my fps drops from 240 to 100 - 134 and instantly back to 240. It is awful and makes the game impossible to play at high elo.
Set up is:
i5 12400f
Rx 7600 8gb

All other games runs perfectly, only in LoL that problem occurs.
Is there something that i could do for fixing it? LoL support doesn't know how to.

I gave up. I tried everything and nothing worked. I really regret getting an AMD GPU.

Now cs2 is crashing randomly.

For your FPS drop with the RX 7600 in League of Legends, try these steps:

  1. Update Drivers: Ensure your RX 7600 drivers and Windows are fully updated.
  2. In-Game Settings: Lower graphics settings, especially for shadows and effects, which can stabilize FPS during intense moments.
  3. V-Sync & Frame Cap: Enable V-Sync or set an FPS cap (e.g., 144 FPS) to reduce fluctuations.
  4. Radeon Software: Open Radeon Software, go to Graphics, and set the Tuning Control to Balanced or enable Radeon Chill to stabilize FPS.
  5. BIOS and Chipset Update: Check for any BIOS or motherboard chipset updates for compatibility.
