i have Asrcok Rx 580 8 GB sometimes the pc hangs and restarts doing an infinite loop on the motherboard with an orange light blinking and with the motherboard fans spinning faster. When I forcefully turn it off, it restarts as normal and it can happen to me 1 or 2 times in a row from time to time.

Check the description of your orange LED.
It should say where the fault is. CPU/RAM/VGA/etc..

It could be ram, the most common culprit is the memory, try to turn off XMP/DOCP and see if it helps.

it can go weeks months without crashing and there are times when turning on the pc and entering when loading the windows desktop it crashes is random
