Rx 5500 xt resolution problem on Samsung un43mu6100

Hello all.

I have a pc with amd radeon rx 5500 xt. When i connect to my tv samsung un43mu6100, If im not change the format pixel in software adrenaline to 4:2:0, not working great. 

I Like to change to 4:4:4 but no working.

I have all actualized, windows 10 20h2, software adrenalin 20.11.2

Please help.

First how is your Samsung TV connected to your RX5500XT GPU Card? DP, HDMI, DVI?

Go to Samsung Support and start a Chat session with them and find out if your TV supports Color Pixel 4:4:4 or not and also how what setting on the TV you can change to get a better picture.

The pc is conected with hdmi.

 

The tv support 4:4:4 and 4:2:2. 

 

The problem is only when y take de resolution in 4k. If i use 1080p, its all ok.
