I sent a 5950X for RMA which was received in the Netherlands on Monday 19 June, according to DHL tracking.
Since then nothing appears to have happened.
Last week the AMD customer portal was showing it as 'not yet received', when I queried this by email I was told it had been located in the warehouse and would be processed that day, but nothing happened.
An email I sent this week hasn't been replied to, normally I get a reply by early the next day.
Now I've had an auto-generated 25 day reminder email to say the part hasn't been received, and the RMA will lapse in 5 days, contradicting earlier information.
It's not helped by the customer facing websites being down this week, has this also stopped any work on RMAs behind the scenes as well?
Very frustrating, especially as I had to RMA the same CPU last year, but on that occasion the service was great, it was turned around within a couple of days. This year's experience is not good.
