I'm not sure where to post this, but I'm being stonewalled over email and the phone about RMAing a 3900x that I purchased in December. It is not working and I've been jumping through hoops to have the RMA process started. Unfortunately, I'm being told that the image I sent does not clearly show the serial number when, in fact, it does. I have responded with even more images highlighting the serial number and have received no response. I have tried calling and was told a supervisor would call me back and I have heard nothing. I am frustrated and at a loss on how to proceed getting my very under-warranty CPU even sent in to be assessed. I have never had such a difficult experience with an RMA and am trying to get some assistance. Please help.
