I have to ask - what does it do? I downloaded newest preview drivers and noticed this. Is this some telemetry? Ir its based on advicers, so after activating it, and detect average FPS under 60 it would apply upscalling? You know, you cant have 100% stable 60 FPS since game launch - loading times ruin the chart.
