Problem with Video Card amd Radeon r370 and windows 10 updates

Hi.
I've been having a really annoying problem.
So that you can understand, I will go over the configuration of my computer below.
Motherboard: Asustek Z49-Deluxe
CPU Intel Core i5 5675C CPU
Ram Kingston 99U5471-054.A00LF DDR3 (x2)
Video Card: AMD Radeon ™ R370 Sapphire Nitro GPU.

That said, let's get to the problem.
Every time Windows 10 updates, it installs drivers for “Intel Corporation driver update
for Intel® Iris ™ Pro Graphics 6200” That would be the motherboard's native video card. And, here comes the problem. This installation creates a violent conflict with my video card. And Windows 10 just goes crazy. Unable to load the system, enter the blue screen, asking to reinstall Windows or
recover the installation.
And the screen of the monitor is with several red bands and very unreadable.
Even if I try to enter safe mode, I can't.
And because of the video card conflict, even if I enter Bios, it is frozen.
And the way out, at least so far, is to hang up.
Remove the external video card. Redo the C drive (luckily I have a HD just for the system
and nothing more) precisely because of this problem.
All my programs and files / documents are on other hard drives.
And I have to reinstall Windows 10, from "zero".
I reinstall the main programs, peripheral hardware drivers (mouse, orbweaver, headphone etc), and then I update Windows.
After that he updated all available updates, I turn off the PC, and reinstall the video card on motherboard
and then reconnect and install the video card driver.
Staying at peace until the next Windows 10 update, when everything will happen again.
Would they have a better solution to avoid this problem? PLEASE !!!
