People who tried a lot of fixes without success, clean drivers usually helped me until i had an oc that was unstable. after then i'd be back to crashing.
I recently tried deleting the"0000" folder with "UMD" key in regedit, as it seems after clean install, these values are not reset. I did this without clean install and havent crashed since. You can find it here,

if you keep crashing in specific games, delete the performance profile and use global. Drivers seem to timeout if youre using a different memory timing on global to a game profile. this crash will happen on game intial loading
