How about some system basics?
Is this a desktop or a mobile?
What IGP and GPU do you have?
Do you need the IGP? (can you simply disable it?)

Open Windows Device Manager, Display adapters.
You should see both the 7700XT and Radeon graphics listed there.
Right-click on the Radeon graphics and select Disable device.
