PC freezes under low load

Hey,

My new PC freezed sometimes several times per day.
When this occurs nothing of input/output works.
No audio, no keyboard, no mouse,...

When this problem occurs the system will reboot itself in exactly 5 minutes afterwards.
In the video it happens at 11:00 and the system reboots at 11:05.
And this happens every time, a system watchdog timer.

This happens very often when the system is running under light load. e.g. When I am surfing the web or watching a youtube movie.
Since this often happens under almost no load, I don't think this is a PSU problem. My PSU is 850 watts.

In my opinion, this is a problem with the CPU or the motherboard??
Any other opinions or thoughts?

Any help to resolve this is appreciated

In Windows device manager you can check every driver and under the "Power Management" tab, remove all ticks that allow windows to put a device to sleep. Remove all ticks you find under the "Power Management" tabs and on all drivers you find that has the "Power Management" tab. Solved my issue... I did turn off some other things in Win 11, let me know if this helps.

Do this on every driver, remove all ticks.Do this on every driver, remove all ticks.
