I need help to troubleshoot further on what could be the problem but it seems to be a hardware issue.
I can't do a fresh install of either Windows 10 or 11 as the PC was freezing randomly in between screens of the setup procedure.
Troubleshooting performed:
1. Tried multiple usb devices as source of the bootable windows installation
2. run my PC in single RAM stick (did a memory test in 4 of my RAM sticks and it shows no problem)
3. tried to install the OS on different storages (NVME SSD and HDD)
4. Reset the BIOS and clear the CMOS
5. Flashed the BIOS to a lower version
6. run the OS installation with my storages unplugged (still it freezes just by navigating on the installation/setup window)
Below is the specs of my build:
Ryzen 7 5700G
ASUS ROG Strix B550-A Gaming
Crucial Ballistix 4x8GB 3200MHz
WD Blue 500GB NVME, 1TB HDD WD Blue 7200RPM
Seasonic Core 650W 80+ Gold
