Hi

I ordered an 7800X3D from amazon with a game code for starfield, I didn't receive the game code.  I spoke to them customer service team, who told me I have to contact AMD to get my game code now.

How do I get my code?

well Amazon are giving the wrong info out then about AMD.  As they told me to contact AMD.   The purchase was with the starfield code, I made sure of it.   I guess Amazon UK may have run out of keys already, and if so, that's crap cos they STILL have the game code listed as with the purchase.

You better contact amazon again, someone asked the question and answered yes in the Q & A section of the product.

I just want to vent: I also lost two games (Callisto Protocol & Dead Island 2) back when I purchased my GPU.

Got in contact with AMD support and they told me the promo was expired so I just took the L.

I didn't get mine with a best buy purchase, best buy said it'll take 10 days. Might be the same/similar for yours?

I've already registered but the code (according to their support page) is supposed to come from the distributor (in this case best buy). Need the code to redeem anything.
