Running a rx5700 on windows was working on Linux of all things. I moved back to windows for better compatibility and now this, any help will be appreciated.

check the game integrity in steam to be sure the game is not corrupt

also make sure all runtimes and DX9 parts etc are installed

I presume you have at least 16 GB of memory installed

you can also check on the Steam One Piece World Seeker community forum for the game
