AMD doesn't sell laptops so that would be a question for companies that make laptops.
You might want to reach out to Acer, HP, Dell, Asus etc.....
AMD has not been well represented on the notebook side for many years but a lot of models are coming, way more than recent years. Hopefully one of the oem's can let you know if they have something for your needs.
I know Dell can custom configure many laptops, more so than some competitors, so you might check with them.
