No se si seran los controladores, pero el windows no me prende, ni hace el beep de la motherboard. Todo esto pasa solo cuando pongo la tarjeta en su slot, antes si prendia y de pronto de un dia para otro ya no, solo pasa lo q les comento

Lets cut this problem in Half.

Most Monitors display something when first plugged in.

Unplug your Monitor, and plug it back into the wall. 

If you see something flash on the screen, then it is not a problem with the Monitor itself.

(ruling out brightness/contrast, input selection, host of other monitor related stuff)
