New idea . please add a capability to motherboard that we able to on. or off the unwanted hard disk. maybe we have two or three. hard disks and we don't need it ready for use and just we need windows installed hard. the result is more live time to hard disk and less energe usege.

 My mens in the desktop by app somehow cut the electricity to hard disk.

You probably need to spend a few days (maybe weeks) to try and understand how Windows OS works.

Nearly everything you ask about is unrelated to AMD.

Looks like our dude needs to go back to Grammar School, too. I can't even understand the point he/she/it is trying to make. Something about cutting off power to HDDs via the Motherboard? Isn't that what SATA plugs do?
