DHL-NL states my package as delivered. I contacted them about the actual fact: nothing was ever delivered to me.
They say that only the sender (AMD) can start the process for an investigation.
I need a "clear" way to contact AMD support to deal with this issue. Please do not point to any part of their website (it is useless). If there is any contact channel via social networks (twitter, discord, etc.), please be specific on how I can contact them.
Any help is much appreciated, as in the current state I am just poorer than before without any new product.
