mise à jour du pilotes de ma carte graphique

Je n'arrive pas à mettre à jour le pilote de ma carte graphique.

Le jeu de puces graphiques de l'Adaptateur principal de ma carte graphique c'est AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics et le jeu de puces graphiques de l'adaptateur lié c'est AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M260.

Merci de m'aider.
