Hello, I have such a problem, when Enhanced Sync is turned on, microfreezes appear in games, when it is turned off, they naturally disappear, but with this function it becomes a little more pleasant to play games. I have an RX 6700 non-XT paired with a Ryzen 5 5600x, a non-freesync monitor. This problem was also on the old RX 580 video card. From that moment on, I changed everything in my computer, except for the power supply, but the microfreezes remained.
