Marginal Performance in every game (6750xt)

I recently upgraded from the 5700xt to the 6750xt. For some reason every game has marginal performance, and you can notice it, even Doom 2 has marginal performance. Does anyone have any tips to actually get the nice green tick that says excellent with matching performance? I don't think I should have to many problems running any of the COD series but trying to play Black Ops was a joke and I turned the ray tracing off. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, look more at what you actually get in game on the metrics overlay.

OFC. if you want to play around with each game setting other than what they auto set?

The game play is terrible and a bit over having to play with settings everytime I won't to play a game. I think the best solution is to stop using AMD GPU's they always seem to be lagging behind. I'm not joking Doom 2 has a slight pause in it. I tried my 5700xt and thought that was better performance.
